I consider it a privilege to have served as a La Salle County Board Member representing Peru District 10 for the last 14 years and with YOUR VOTE I would like to continue this privilege.

When I entered the race for the county board fourteen years ago, my focus was to bring Tourism to La Salle County. Today Tourism has created many new jobs for our citizens and tourism tax dollars help support our schools and local economy.

My education is La Salle Peru High School, IVCC, and IBM Technical. I retired from IBM in 1995 as a Customer Service Representative and later in 2008 from OfficeMax Computer Operations and Communications Technical Support.

My family’s history in Peru District 10 of La Salle County dates back to my great grandparents. The Rigbys have been hard working blue collar people who lived and raised their children with pride in Peru District 10. My wife of 50 years and I have five grown children, Jeff (deceased), Tina, Tim, Aaron, and Justin. All five of them have graduated from college, two at IVCC, two at Notre Dame and a daughter at Saint Mary Notre Dame. We also have two grandsons Jeff and Christian.
